Cancellation Policy
General Notes (applies to all services) 1. A free scheduled 15-minute consultation call is available. 2. Packages are paid in advance and valid for 12 months. 3. Missed sessions require a 48 hour notice for rescheduling; otherwise, the session is forfeited with no refund. 4. Student rates require proof of course enrolment. 5. Paid sessions prove your commitment. No refunds. Exceptional Circumstances Refunds or credits may be offered (full or partial) in cases such as: 1. Serious illness or unforeseen life events preventing continuation (with reasonable evidence if requested). 2. If the therapist cancels or ends therapy unexpectedly. Contact the therapist in writing (email) as soon as possible. Non-Refundable Situations 1. Sessions & packages already paid for. 2. Sessions already attended. 3. Missed sessions or late cancellations (less than 48 hours’ notice) – these are charged in full. 4. Packages expired beyond the validity period (12 months).
